We are seeking a driven Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. 

This is an integral role in aligning sales and marketing efforts to grow CDNetworks revenue streams.

In collaboration with the Direct Sales team, you will localize, implement and optimize strategic marketing campaigns with the goal to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, foster sales pipeline acceleration and achieve corporate revenue targets. You will also work closely with the Partner Sales team to spearhead the channel go-to-market strategy by actively developing and managing partnership programs across the EMEA region.

You should be resourceful and creative, with a passion for demand and lead generation marketing, be results-oriented, possess an analytical mindset and strong business acumen.



  • Work collaboratively with the EMEA Sales VP on all aspects of the EMEA Marketing function, whilst partnering with the Global Marketing Lead on organisation-wide marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute effective B2B marketing strategy in each EMEA region, focused initially on UK, France, Germany, Nordics, Italy and MENA.
  • Identify the most effective messaging, value proposition, channels and calls to action that drive revenue generating pipeline through direct and indirect sales teams.
  • Develop the marketing mix and brand awareness to achieve the goals of the marketing communication plan within budget parameters.
  • Provide guidance on the development of an EMEA strategy for inbound traffic via digital media and website, that is aligned to the overall EMEA (and global) business strategy and goals.
  • Managing leads extraction from Salesforce and allocating to Sales team based on verticals, country, etc.
  • Manage the EMEA relationship with local analysts such as IDC effectively.
  • Evaluate, select and manage external vendors that contribute to demand creation programs including direct marketing agencies, email providers and event agencies.
  • Manage the briefing of EMEA programs to direct and indirect sales teams for lead follow-up.
  • Collate, appraise and report key marketing data to the EMEA Sales VP regularly so that the organisation can made efficient and adequate responses to market challenges.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • About 2 - 3 years of B2B marketing experience in high technology companies for the EMEA region.
  • Broad experience across all aspects of marketing including inbound & outbound marketing, product marketing, field marketing, content and creative development.
  • Experience in driving marketing initiatives within the EMEA region as well as possess the ability to tailor initiatives according to the local market.
  • Experience in executing highly successful marketing campaigns using a variety of mediums both digital and non-digital.
  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce and sales outreach tools (e.g. Salesloft, Hubspot) is required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external audiences across different functions and regions.
  • Highly organised and possess ability to prioritise, manage and deliver on multiple deadlines.
  • You will be expected to travel across the EMEA region as and when required for the role.


Preferred skills and experience

  • Knowledge and experience with SaaS platforms, web technologies, cloud computing, security or media is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in a European language (e.g. Spanish, French, German or Italian) with a good understanding of the business landscape in these countries would be ideal, in order to support territorial growth of the EMEA region.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo).
  • Experience in graphic design work or familiar with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
