Job Description


The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new accounts globally, with a clear set of growth targets to achieve. You will also maintain and grow revenue from existing accounts.

You will be a champion of our CDN and cloud security solutions, providing strong service and support to our existing customers’ needs at every interaction and to lead the resolution of their issues within the company.

The ideal candidate should be a tenacious, results-oriented sales professional, with a passion for nurturing strong relationships with customers, passionate about the industry and possess excellent communication skills in Mandarin. Success in this position will require a positive attitude, great time management, strong team work ethic, and a passion to build solid and sustainable relationships with customers.



This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur and prioritize more on hunting responsibilities.

  • Drive new business directly from customers in respective territories for building robust sales pipelines.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned vertical market, seek additional revenue opportunities through up-selling and renewals.
  • Accountable for owning all aspects of the sales cycle, whilst consistently generating pipeline to meet and/or exceed quota.
  • Create and maintain some major customer deliverable (proposals, statements of work, etc.).
  • Interact and follow-up with post-sales support team to ensure better customer service and support experience.
  • Understand the value proposition of our CDN and cloud security solutions and more productively, communicating all offerings to key decision makers.
  • Expected to travel across assigned territory/region less than 10% in ASEAN.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Good inside sales or business development skill and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills especially in Mandarin with C-level executives or key decision makers with effective interpersonal skills .
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in IT solutions/Cloud or similar Hi-tech environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), internet and Cloud Infrastructure, Media and Cyber Security Services is highly desired.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic growth environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platform especially Salesforce will be a plus.
  • Possessing of experienced and resourceful channel partner such as Systems Integrator, Value Added Resellers in network and security field will be a plus.
