Job Description


We are seeking a driven Field & Partner Marketing Manager to join our thriving team.

In collaboration with the Global Marketing, Sales and Product teams, you will localise, implement and optimise strategic marketing campaigns so as to generate quality leads, foster sales pipeline acceleration and achieve corporate revenue targets. You will also spearhead the channel go-to-market strategy by actively identifying, developing and managing partnership programs across the Southeast Asia and Pacific region.

You should be resourceful and creative, with a passion for demand and lead generation marketing, be results-oriented, possess an analytical mindset and strong business acumen.



  • Implement lead generation campaigns and field marketing activities to drive sales pipeline, build channel partnerships and strategic alliances, whilst strengthening existing customer relations.
  • Identify, develop and manage a portfolio of marketing initiatives including trade shows and conferences, press releases, webinars, email campaigns, social media management, etc.
  • Proactively communicate and work with the Sales team on lead pipeline management, lead follow-up as well as new and planned marketing activities (regional and local programs).
  • Develop and repurpose global marketing content to support the Sales team and Partners at different stages of the buying cycle.
  • Establish an account-based marketing approach for customer retention and to maximise revenue potential in key accounts.
  • Manage channel partners via partner marketing and engagement programs i.e. partner activation, partner portal management, co-marketing initiatives, partner enablement and support, partner communications, partner rewards and incentives, etc.
  • Forecast, measure and analyse the impact of marketing programs in order to optimise MQL to SQL conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.
  • Continually build a strong understanding of regional market trends, customer preferences, product capabilities and competitors’ strategies.




Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a similar field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and engage stakeholders of all levels (i.e. partners, vendors, agencies) and across functions.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in marketing, events or partnerships, ideally within the technology industry or a SaaS, PaaS or IaaS environment.
  • Possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, sales processes, demand and lead generation practices, as well as partner/channel management across multiple countries and industry verticals.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tool (Eloqua preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage and deliver on multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Highly analytical, meticulous and organised, with strong project coordination skills.
  • You will be expected to travel across the region as and when required.
