Job Description


The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new accounts within assigned territories, with a clear set of growth targets to achieve. You will also maintain and grow revenue from existing accounts.

You will be a champion of our CDN and cloud security solutions, providing strong service and support to our existing customers’ needs at every interaction and to lead the resolution of their issues within the company. You will also be orchestrating direct sales engagements, win competitive opportunities, as well as establish and collaborate with channel partners in a fast pace for sell-to and sell-through strategies to reach a high and continuous growth.

This position will prioritize more on hunting responsibilities.

  • Drive new business directly from customers, identify and develop effective and scalable channel partners based in respective territories for building robust sales pipelines.
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, seek additional revenue opportunities through up-selling and renewals.
  • Accountable for owning all aspects of the sales cycle, whilst consistently generating pipeline to meet and/or exceed quota.
  • Create and maintain all major customer deliverable (proposals, statements of work, etc.) to provide over-the-top customer service and support.
  • Understand the value proposition of our CDN and cloud security solutions and more productively, communicating all offerings to C-level executives and decision makers.
  • Continuously keep abreast of industry and market trends, whilst building strong knowledge in our     products and services.
  • Drive business cadence for weekly team meetings on pipeline update, opportunities     review, customer account reviews, etc.
  • As CDNetworks' country representative, to present on external symposium, conferences, media and    industry events.
  • Expected to travel across assigned territory/region at least 30%.



Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals/quotas. Good key account management skill and business acumen.
  • Ability to gain access and interact with C-level executives with effective interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales management experience, preferably in IT solutions/Cloud or similar Hi-tech environment.
  • Knowledge of Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), internet and Cloud Infrastructure, Media and Cyber Security Services is highly desired.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic growth environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platform especially Salesforce is highly desired.
  • Possessing of experienced and resourceful channel partner such as Systems Integrator´╝îValue Added Resellers in network and security field will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in SEAN countries' languages like Vietnamese/Bahasa Indonesia....etc, is a plus as you will need to work closely and communicate with customers based in the country from ASEAN.
