Job Description


  • Develop and drive sales strategy and plans for the Southeast Asia & Pacific market, which include, country and industry-specific opportunity assessment, approach for sales resource investment, customer and prospect prioritisation, and operational cadence.
  • Lead and manage the Sales team, which consists of Sales, Account Management, and Service & Operation, by providing leadership, direction, and sales coaching.
  • Recruit, train and develop the Sales team. Oversee key hiring and talent review and development programs.
  • Consistently deliver to productivity and revenue goals.
  • Sustain rigorous and transparent pipeline management and forecasting across the team.
  • Define Key Performance Indicators essential to the business for functions and direct reports. Use these metrics to manage and improve the business.
  • Communicate and collaborate with global counterparts to promote effective work relationships and alignment of activities and plans.
  • Make key leadership decisions e.g. workforce, budgets, new and existing customer segments, etc.
  • Ensure that the Sales team is geared up to meet its current and future Customer Excellence objectives.
  • To review and sign off on all Sales contracts.
  • Engage with corporate offices in broader organisational strategic planning.
  • Build company image by collaborating with customers, employees and other key stakeholders.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.



Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited institution.
  • Minimum 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in security, networking, or related SaaS.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales management experience in security, networking, or related SaaS.
  • Relevant experience heading and managing a Sales team in the Southeast Asia market.
  • Has an excellent sales track record in a similar environment.
  • Relevant experience driving transformational sales and market strategies will be advantageous.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills to handle complex customer scenarios.
  • Ability to execute independently, while collaborating with functional teams globally.
  • Proactive, confident, assertive and entrepreneurial self-starter.
  • Excellent people management skills and a proven track record in managing and leading teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Mandarin will be preferred, so that you can work more effectively with key stakeholders in China. 
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally. Agile and quick to adapt to change. 
  • International travel may be required from time to time.
